Juvenile Justice Board granted bail to four minors accused in the Hyderabad minor girl gang-rape case. Reports stated that the legislator’s son was among the four bailed minors. The release of the minors has led to outraging political clashes in Telangana state since a month ago.
According to official reports, police had initially filed a case of ‘outraging modesty’ following the arrest of six accused in the alleged gang-rape of a minor girl in a car at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, in May.
Reportedly, the accused, students of classes 11 and 12, belong to politically influential families. Lately, the Juvenile justice board granted bail to four minors accused in the case and Saduddin Malik, the only adult involved still detained in jail.
