Hindusthan College of Engineering & Technology, Coimbatore won six ICT awards for its achievements in IT, also recognized by the India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records.
Through ICT Academy-Learnathon-2021, the institution trained higher education students on essential skills for the IT sector through self-learning. As part of this initiative, more than hundreds of students benefited through the artificial intelligence skills training by Honeywell and robotic process automation training by DXC
Following this initiative, ICT presented the institution with the awards Best Female Principal Award, College Trustee Sarasuwathi Khannaiyann, Best College Award for setting up Centers of Excellence, Success Partner Award in Education and Various Technology Delivery, Learnathon-2021 Achievement Award for obtaining more than 22,000 certificates in IT, Excellence for CSR Activity (Honeywell & DXC) Award and Mathworks Special Training Award.
