Recycle Textile Federation unite mills across TN & India

As many as 200 small mills recycling cotton waste across Tamil Nadu came together to form a Recycle Textile Federation in Coimbatore on Saturday. Presently, the federation holds 230 representatives from various, mills across Tamil Nadu. 

The federation plans to unite all the cotton recycling mills across India aiming to address the industrial needs and identify the market on the global platform. It directs its members to cater to places that need their products and services.

Jayabal, President, Recycle Textile Federation said, “There are 400 mills in Tamil Nadu that process/recycle cotton waste & PET bottles into yarns and garments. Coimbatore and Tiruppur alone have 180. Creating awareness to our members about the markets where our products and services are a demand is our first focus”. Sathyaseelan and Manohar serve as the Vice President of the Association and as the Secretary of Recycle Textile Federation respectively.
