Karunya’s Innovation Museum open for public!

To give space to the innovative minds to showcase their creations to the public, Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (KITS) Coimbatore inaugurated its new Innovation and Technology Museum, Unbox.

The College conveyed via a Press Release that it has filed around 100 patents. Several of those have been granted. Most of these products are in the thrust areas of research of KITS, having societal importance, namely water, food, healthcare and sustainable energy.

“The museum displays twenty of the novel inventions/innovations by Karunya in the field of electrical vehicles, space technologies, medical instruments, ergonomic interventions, flexible antennas, desalination, COVID products, robotics, etc.”

The Chancellor of Karunya, Paul Dhinakaran inaugurated the Museum in the presence of Trustee Samuel Dhinakaran, Vice-Chancellor P. Mannar Jawahar.

UNBOX has been opened to the public since the 12th of April, 2022. Interested visitors may send their enquiries to unbox@karunya.edu and fix an appointment for their visit.
