Chennai based real estate developer G Square is launching Tamil Nadu’s First Integrated Smart City ‘G Square City’ in Coimbatore.
Spread across 120.7 acres, this Smart city is coming at the L&T Bypass Coimbatore with first of its kind 150+ world-class amenities including a helipad and a 50,000 Sq. ft clubhouse.
The project was announced on Wednesday here by Eshwar Nagarajan, CEO, G Square. He shared that the total plots available for customers exceed 1600 villa plots and 25 commercial plots. However, 65% of the plots in the residential space have already been sold before even launching the project. “Our Investments, our interest has grown a lot in Coimbatore in the last 6 months because of the success that we have seen in this zone,” he said at the press meet held at Radisson Blu.
A press release mentioned, “G Square City is touted to be a smart community project, which will integrate infrastructural development and technological advancement, and at the same time provide some of the finest state-of-the-art amenities, including but not limited to, a Helipad, Al-based monitoring and alerting solutions, Automatic Number Plate Recognition, E-charging bike and carports, smart bike racks, emergency help points, and Wi-Fi zones among other cool futuristic features.”
The project also consists of some most sophisticated modern technological advancements such as surveillance apps, object, and intrusion detection, face-based attendance systems and even a loT-based control system that monitors power, fire, and security systems.
