Dr. N.G.P Institute of Technology, Coimbatore conducted a Six Day AICTE – ISTE Sponsored Refresher Programme On “Empowering Teaching Skills for Engineering Faculties, organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering during June 18th to 23rd, 2018.
Dr. Krishna Mohan Poluri, Professor, Department of Biotechnology, IIT Roorkee inaugurated the function. Dr. K. Gayathri Devi Head Electronics and Communication Engineering delivered the welcome address.
Dr. Nalla G. Palaniswami Chairman, Kovai Medical Center & Hospital presided the gathering. The special address was delivered by Dr. Thavamani D. Palaniswami, Secretary, Dr. N.G.P Institute of Technology. The gathering was felicitated by Dr. O.T Buvaneswaran, CEO, KMCRET, Dr. K. Porkumaran, Principal, Dr. N.G.P Institute of Technology, Coimbatore.
The Resource Persons for the Refresher Programme were from notable institutions like IIT Roorkee, IIT Madras, PSG Technology, Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, Dr.N.G.P. Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, Anna university Regional center, Coimbatore and a few others.
There were 40 participants from various Engineering colleges in Coimbatore, Tirupur, Salem, Trichy, Erode, Nammakal and Ooty.
