The Annual General Body Meeting of the National Institute of Personnel Management Coimbatore Chapter was organized in the convention Hall of PSGIM at Avinashi Road.
The meeting began with the introduction of newly selected members for different positions for the next two years. The positions of Chairman, Honorary Secretary and Treasurer were shared by Dr. Y E Sridhar from Cognizant, T S Thilak from L&T and Pradeep from LTE. The names of 16 Executive Council Members were also announced.
Senior Members Muthuvelappan & Gandhimathinathan was also present on the occasion.
Ongoing Chairman Gandhimathinathan expressed his confidence in the new team to set new benchmarks in the field of personnel management while the New Chairman Dr. Sridhar shared his vision for the NIPM Coimbatore Chapter and how it could be streamlined to be the torch bearer at the national level.
An Expert Speak session on “Empowering Employees – for their Financial Success” by Kaushik Ramachandram, Founder-CEO, Dyota Solutions (Imoneyplant), Bangalore was also convened.
