After surveying the characteristics of KPR Institute of Engineering & Technology and its work culture, US-Based research organization Great Place to Work Institute has certified the college as a ‘Great Place to Work’ recently.
This research organization is considered to be a global authority on building, sustaining and recognizing High-Trust, High-Performance Culture at workplaces. It has conducted pioneering research on the characteristics of great workplaces for over 30 years, and it partners with more than 10,000 organizations every year around the world to help create and sustain a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture.
The certification from the Great Place to Work Institute is valid from March 2022 to March 2023.
Principal of KPRIET M.Akila shared that this has been possible because of the work-culture that is designed on the core-principles laid by the Chairman of KPR Group of Institutions, K.P.Ramasamy.
She shared that every faculty and the supporting staff of the institution imbibes the vision of the institution, and works in a collective manner towards achieving the mission; to produce elite class of engineers who are also enlightened.
Also, the Management gives autonomy to the faculty and encourages progress in every step. The well-being of the employees is constantly checked and whatever support is needed, the management provides, she shared.
