The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Nirmala College for Women has organized Hands-on Training on the topic Making of Essential Home Products recently.
P.N. Senthilkumar, Managing Director of Gayathri Group of Companies, Coimbatore being the Trainer gave training to make various home products which included in the making of bathing soaps, dish wash, hand wash, dress wash, floor cleaner, and soap powder. Instant making of candles and camphor were also shown. The availability of raw materials and the composition to make the above-listed products were explained.
The working of candle making and camphor making machines were also shown live to the students. Bathing soaps of various flavors, dish wash, hand wash, floor cleaner, soap powder, and dress wash Liquid were made in the session by the resource person himself and his crew. Around 65 students from the Entrepreneurship Development Cell with the faculty members attended the session.
