One Touch launched at Sapna

Knowledge is invaluable and has neither age nor bounds. This is what Sapna Book House based out of Bangalore has been doing over the years with success. The stores Coimbatore branch saw ‘The Sapna Kiosk’ being launched at RS Puram with a collection of over 2 Crore books to select from. Customers can select books of their choice and get it delivered directly at home or can pick it up from the store. The Sapna kiosk has tie-up with the world database and all the world publishers and distributors who have active book titles with them.

The highlight of the entire system being that it all has been designed in a meticulous way wherein the customer convenience has been a prime focal point. Currently the languages being offered by the kiosk are English, Kannada, Tamil and a few foreign languages like Spanish which the founders plan to update in the coming months. An idea of voice based search facility along with the provision to download E-books directly onto smartphones is also on the cards. This gives customers the power to choose and discover more.

It’s the first ever Omni-Channel concept in India for a bookstore. These kiosks will soon be seen at malls, schools, colleges and even bus stops making sure the general public makes full use of it.
