News broke in 2018 that several Oppo and OnePlus devices are the same in terms of design. Then there came several criticism that OnePlus is losing its originality.
But still, OnePlus has an insane number of fan-following across the globe, and the company is gearing up to launch its next flagship the OnePlus10 Pro.
It is set to launch in China first on January 11 (Tuesday). Pete Lau, Founder of OnePlus tweeted the official specifications of the OnePlus 10 Pro on Twitter ahead of the release in China.
This new offering the company features a triple camera setup in the rear co-developed with Hasselblad, and it includes 48MP+50MP+8MP while the front cam has a 32MP sensor for snapping incredible selfies.
“The smartphone has a 6.7-inch QHD+ resolution display. This is a 120 Hz Fluid AMOLED screen with OnePlus using LTPO 2.0 panel. LTPO stands for low-temperature polycrystalline oxide and this kind of display ensures a smoother user experience when scrolling, without draining the battery life,” The Indian Express reported.
The OnePlus 10 Pro will be the first phone to use the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. It comes with the latest Oxygen OS 12 which is based on Android 12.
The smartphone has a 5000 mah battery, and comes with 80W SuperVooc wired charging support, and a 50W AirVooc Wireless Charging support. Fans can expect a solid audio output as this device is equipped with Dual Stereo Speakers.
The phone is said to come in two color variants – Volcanic Black and Emerald Forest. Its global release is expected around March 2022.
