HR & Nursing Conclave at SRH

Sri Ramakrishna Hospital (SRH) organized ‘HR and Nursing Healthcare Conclave 2021’ on Friday.The conclave aimed at addressing the significant issues in Nursing and HR Sector in Hospitals.

While offering felicitation, Medical Director of SRH Dr. P. Sukumaran hailed Nurses as the pillars of a hospital and underlined that patients, attenders, doctors, paramedical staff get ultimate satisfaction when nurses work with the highest level of satisfaction.

As Friday the 26th of November was National Law Day, the Medical Director compared the HR department in a hospital to a Law & Order ensuring authority, and appealed the department to be employee-friendly, at the same time ensuring discipline among employees.

D.Lakshminarayanaswamy, Managing Trustee, SNR Sons Charitable Trust who presided over the event said that the best growth in healthcare is not possible if it is not given by nurses who act as rays of hope for all patients and HRs who act as the guardian angels for all stakeholders.

The deliberations carried out in the sessions addressed the leading problems of HR and Nursing healthcare. The expert talks and panel discussions guided the entire nursing community and HR personnel to realize their potential and strength to overcome global challenges.

Around 400 participants including students, nursing staff members, and human resource officials from various medical institutions and hospitals participated.
