Coimbatore based Health services provider AGs healthcare conveyed on Monday that it has done more than 5000 Sputnik V vaccine administration in the region.
Dr.Adityan Guhan, Director, AGs Healthcare conveyed via an official press release that initially when they decided to go for an exclusive Sputnik-V vaccination drive, many had expressed that this exclusive drive wouldn’t be a great success as it’s new to the home ground and on top it’s a paid vaccine.
“People of this kongu region gave an enormous response for the Sputnik V vaccination and now we are here injection the 5000th dose. Amongst the 5000 doses 30 percent of doses were given to pregnant and lactating mothers, handicapped, transgenders and frontline workers including police, doctors, para medicos, etc. We had great satisfaction in giving them the best efficacy vaccine as of now”, says Dr Adityan Guhan.
