19th Graduation Day of Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET) was organised at the Convention Centre of SKCET campus.
The Graduation Ceremony Open was declared open by K.Sundararaman, Chief Executive Officer, Sri Krishna Institutions, Coimbatore and the function was also presided over.
J.Janet, Principal of Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, welcomed the gathering and presented the graduation day report of the academic year 2019-2020.
The Chief Guest and Guest of Honour distributed 1080 Degree Certificates to the Graduates and honoured the 29 Rank Holders who have excelled in academics.
Mekhala Devaraj, Director, Soliton Technologies Pvt.Ltd., was the Chief Guest and appreciated all the graduates and the university rank holders. The chief guest addressed the graduates to follow the three simple steps in one’s life which one should never deny in their life: gratitude, acknowledging the bright side and accepting the reality. In this pandemic era, the chief guest emphasized in her address that it is important to appreciate and accept the present circumstances and to move on with aiming higher.
The address focused on maintaining the attitude of Gratitude wherever one reaches in their life. One can do it by looking back at their life, giving back what one received and feeling contentful about it.
Principals of Sri Krishna Institutions also participated in the Graduation Day programme. Heads of various Departments from the institution and the faculty members of Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology played a pivotal role in organising the programme.
