One of South India’s leading real estate developer Casagrand, announced a slew of measures for its employees namely free vaccination cover for all its employees and their dependents across Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore and construction workers across their sites.
In addition to extending the vaccination cover to the dependent family members, the company announced that it will take complete care of the employee’s family in case of any unfortunate event.
The company had reiterated that it will take care of the employee’s children and their educational expenses up to their graduation in India. Furthermore, the company also has promised to offer all the requisite assistance to the family in terms of job and monetary needs.
Commenting on the occasion, Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director of Casagrand said “Employees and labourers are our core strength, so I believe it is our fundamental responsibility to support them during this difficult time in every possible way and getting all of them and their loved ones (immediate family member of our employees) vaccinated is a significant step.”
“We have already started the process and we are hopeful that within two months all of our employees and labourers will be vaccinated. Besides, we have also renewed our health insurance policy, partnered with prominent health institutes for providing the best medical care to our employees, and taken the decision to support our employees’ families in case of any unfortunate event.”
