As an organization that gives much importance to the safety of the environment, Lakshmi Ring Travellers (LRT), a pioneer in the field of Ring Travellers manufacturing in India, celebrated World Environment Day recently and assured to nurture nature through its eco-initiatives for 2021.
A press note from LRT conveyed that the event was held virtually this year, due to the pandemic. More than 100 employees took part in the program. Sushant Patnaik, CEO of LRT urged the employees to take part in all the ecosystem restoration initiatives that have been taken this year.
As a part of Go Green activity, LRT Horticulture and Lakshmi Energy and Environment Designs Ltd., the team implemented eco-friendly projects like Ornamental Nursery, Vermi Compost, Reutilization of Garden Wastes and Production of Organic Manure for Internal Consumption.
Meenakshisundaram, Head, Corporate HR formally expressed gratitude to the members who had participated in the program.
