‘The Union Budget for the year 2018-19 by the Central Government deserves praise,’ said Vanitha Mohan, President, Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ICCI) here today (01.02.2018) while addressing the media along with Industrialists and Taxation Experts that held at Chamber Towers.
‘Government’s commitment towards the welfare of farmers and rural economy is appreciable, on the other side, corporate tax reduction from 30% to 25% for companies who have a turnover up to 250 Crore will benefit not only the nation, but also this part of the region,’ believes the ICCI President.
She also welcomed the announcement of 7148 Crore allocation for the textile industry.
