Tamil Nadu Agricultural University’s Department of Sustainable Organic Agriculture announced that it has planned to organize monthly paid training on ‘Organic Agriculture’ in Tamil on 7th of every month from March, 2021 onwards.
This training program covers topics that include Nutrient management, Weed management, Composting techniques & organic inputs preparation, Organic pests & diseases management and Organic certification and Participatory Guarantee System (PGS)
TNAU conveyed that this one-day training program will be held from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm. The training fee is Rs.590/- per participant and this will be collected on the day of training programme. If the date 7th falls on Saturday / Sunday, the training will be conducted on next working day (Monday). Advance booking is mandatory to attend the training.
