“Strive to be a respected & valued person”

“Management students should strive to be more respected by keeping up their words and honoring their commitments”, said  Jayaram Balasubrahmanyan, VP – Engineering, Rolls Royce India Private Limited.

He delivered a virtual address the MBA students of SREC-Business School of Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College during the orientation program held recently.

In his address, he insisted that management students should learn from every experience and use the opportunities available in the best possible way.  He stressed that they should always strive to be more respected by keeping up their words and honoring their commitments, strive to be more valued by demonstrating the skills and strive to make a difference by making a unique proposition.

The guest added that the management students should practice three key nuances   – Discipline, Self – motivation and Continuous Learning.  He conveyed to them about the significance of networking which facilitates good amount of value exchange on both sides.

Earlier, the college’s principal Alamelu, delivered the presidential address and insisted that the students have to be more focused and learn with higher involvement and higher concentration  to be successful in their career and in their life.
