Internal Quality Assurance Cell of KPR College of Arts Science and Research, Coimbatore organized an Orientation Program on Quality Assurance and Sustenance in Higher Educational Institutions for the benefit of faculty members.
It was held on Monday. Dr. S. R. Madan Shankar, Dean Academics, Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore acted as Resource Person.
He shared lots of insights that also included the importance of updating the educational policy which is needed for higher educational institutions.
He noted that higher education today should generate newer method CDC (Curriculum Development Cell) because Curriculum is the window to Outcome Based Education. He elaborately spoke on the role of IQAC in the college.
Earlier, KPRCAS IQAC coordinator Dr. S. Sasikala, Dean, School of Computer Science welcomed the dignitaries and gathering. Principal Dr. S. Balusamy presided the program.
Dr. K. Kumuthadevi, Dean, School of Commerce introduced the resource person. Dr. S. Vanitha, Associate Professor, School of Management thanked the guests and participants for their presence.
