“Public Charter on Child Safety” an initiative by Young Indians Coimbatore Chapter (Yi) was launched at Kikani School Auditorium recently. Dr. K.Vijayakarthikeyan, I.A.S., Commissioner, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation and Rebeca Rios-Kohn, WDPAC, Arigatou International –New York unveiled the Coimbatore public charter for safety and violence along with Shanti Ashram’s team and the executive committee members of Young Indians, Coimbatore chapter. Public Charter refers to a document outlining the principles an individual should follow to keep any child safe.
