KCT B-School bags Excellence award in 11th BRICS –ABBS Students’ Meet

The 11th BRICS –ABBS Students’ Meet was held at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, China from 15th to 17th November 2019. Six students from KCT Business School, Mr. Aravind K, Mr. Petes Liando, Mr. Jeya Vigranth R, Mr. Vivekananthan K, Mr. Deepakraj Kumar, and Mr. Krishnakumar G represented Kumaraguru College of Technology in the 11th BRICS –ABBS Students’ Meet. The meet was focused on the theme of Trade war and how it affected or benefited the BRICS countries. Business school students from China, India, and Russia participated in this meet.

The event was inaugurated by XIME and ABBS founder Dr. Joseph Philips. KCT Business School was awarded the Excellence award, the third place among the competing colleges based on the overall performance in all the events conducted during the three days. The events comprised of the debating competition on the theme “The Trade War: the Proponent and Protester”, paper presentation on ” Dealing with International Political Risk: How multinationals win in a Dynamic World” and discussion forum on the Topic “Trade Wars and the BRICS: Challenges & Opportunities”.
