Shri Nehru Vidyalaya Matric Higher Secondary School participated in Revenue District level Kho-Kho Girls U – 17 tournaments organized by Education Department on 07.11.2019 at Thiyagi NGR School, Coimbatore and have cemented itself as a State Level Finalist.
It defeated the GHSS Kalapatti, (Coimbatore Dt), Mahalingapuram Mariammal HSS, (Pollachi Dt) , the Govt. Hr. Sec. School, (Pollachi Dt) to enter the quarter-finals, semi-finals and The Finals.
At Finals Shri Nehru Vidyalaya won the TKS Matric HSS, (Coimbatore Dt) and entered State Level finals.
President of the school Ramesh C. Bafna, Principal G. Pankaj, Vice Principal V. Bagyalakshmi and Physical Director Mr. G. Krishnakumar appreciated and motivated the students to play well in the State Level Matches too.
