HG Gaur Gopal Das Swamiji from ISKCON Mumbai, life coach and international motivational speaker delivered the spiritual talk on “Sutras for a Happy Life”, in his speech, he spoke about 5 principles which brings happiness to the life.

Correct your equation-“things only have utility value not happiness value,” to be happy one should be happy from inside, not look for happiness in the things which attract us.

Change your expectation- don’t expect that anyone going to do what you want. Don’t expect any situation that is going to be good. Change what you can change, accept what you can’t change and raise above what you can’t even accept, move yourself from the unacceptable

Compare not- don’t compare, Comparison is the greatest killer of happiness, so much of comparison is a victim and  it is a nasty disease, everyone born with their own potential so don’t compare with others.

Contribute and share- sharing and contributing is the biggest happiness It gives inner delight and makes you richer from inside.

Connect with the divine- when you connect your life with divine it gives you beatific. It’s not just idolize or chanting slongans. It all about giving respects and accepts the one who above us.

H H Bhakti VinodaSwamiji, (Zonal Secretary), ISKCON said that, this generation children’s mostly get hurting through parents mainly comparing with. Don’t compare your children with others it’s created an inferiority complex and spoils your children self-confidence. To get rid of this everyone should get awareness about this.
