Longines introduced its Conquest V.H.P. “Very High Precision” collection in India, at Longines’ Point of Sale at Racecourse Road, with actor Rana Daguubati. This line represents a new achievement in the field of quartz, combining great precision, high technicality and a sporty look, marked by the brand’s unique elegance.

Speaking on the occasion Rana began with a wonderful “Elaarukum Vanakam” in a clear Tamil accent making the eyes pop. He said “It is lovely to come to Coimbatore and my mom is from here which a few people know.” Talking about the new collection he said, it was his mother who has gifted him his watch long ago and since then it has been a while he got a watch as a present. He said this timepiece is unique in many ways. Highlighting his favorite part of the watch he said “this watch has a perpetual calendar, so you don’t have to ever change the date and this could be passed on to generations.” He extended saying watches are the only piece of jewelry that we can hold”.
