Rathinam Institutions and IT Parks have signed a special Memorandum of Agreement with IIT-Madras and Government of Tamil Nadu raised Centre for Urbanization, Buildings and Environment to address the challenges in the Urban Development and Built Environment.
This MoU was officially signed and released by Madan A. Sendhil, Chairman, Rathinam Group of Institutions and Retd.Maj.Gen. L.Padmanaban, CEO, CUBE – IITM at CUBE-IITM Research Center, Chennai in the presence of key delegates from both the institutions.
This exclusive coalition addresses key areas of Urban Development and Smart Cities Mission such as, detailed consultancy and planning services for Water supply, Renewable energy, Sanitation, Solid Waste Management, Urban Mobility, NMT and Public Transport, Affordable Housing, ICT and Digitalization, E-Governance, Participatory Planning & Outreach Programs, Urban Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Design, Water Body Restoration / Rehabilitation, Sustainability and others.
