The Dept. of Visual Communication at Nehru Arts & Science College conducted a National level short film festival titled Kaolin 2019.The fest was inaugurated by famous director and cinematographer Shamdat Sainudheen, who has shot many films in Malayalam, Telegu, and Tamil.
His directorial debut film was “street lights” in Malayalam starring Megastar Mammoty. He has also worked as cinematographer in many popular films like Vishwaroopam 2 , Teja Bhai And Family, Seasons, Ayal Njanalla and Oozham.
Suryakanth.U (Actor- Malayalam Film industry), Gokul Nandan (Asst. Cameraman- Malayalam Film Industry), Ajay Prabhakar (Asst.Cinematographer), shared the stage with the Chief Guest. They shared their views and experience with the students.
