As a part of its Productivity Week Celebrations for the year 2019, Coimbatore Productivity Council (CPC) conducted Oratorical & Drawing Competition for school children. The topic for drawing competition was ‘Reduce, Reuse and Recycle’ while for Oratorical competition, the theme was ‘Sustainability of Circular Economy’
P.R.Pasupathy, Past President, CPC delivered the inaugural address. He expressed his joy in seeing more number of young students taking part in the competitions this year. His interaction with the children was so lively.
He said many natural resources today are adulterated and have traces of artificiality. He mentioned fruits being artificially induced to get ripened. He expressed his regret that in today’s world, we have to advertise products that are natural! He wanted the students to take healthy foods and protect nature
He congratulated CPC for organizing such a wonderful event where little children can share their creativity about nature and know more from others’ works. Before concluding his address, he requested them to preserve natural resource and eat natural foods.

Students from various schools numbering 42 participated in drawing competition while 28 students participated in Oratorical competition. The winners will be awarded prizes on 18.02.2019 during the Valedictory Function by Daniel Victor, MD, Vitae International Accounting Services Pvt.Ltd, Coimbatore
