Know the Dress Code for Valentine’s Day 2019

This year’s Valentine’s Day is just a few days away and the cities around the world are turning colorful in anticipation of the day as we speak. Talking about colors, during Valentine’s Day, the color a person wears has symbolic meanings which could give a clue to others about the mindset of the person. Although there are some who don’t mind about colors at all, there are many young teens and youth who love to follow a certain dress code. Here we shall take a look at what the colors mean. If a person wears…

Red- it means ‘I am already in love’

Orange- it means ‘I’m going to propose to someone’

White – it means ‘I am already committed’

Blue – it means ‘I am free’

Green – It means ‘I am waiting’

Pink – it means ‘I have/I have been accepted just now’

Black  – it means ‘My proposal has got rejected’

Yellow-  it means ‘Broke up’

Gray – it means ‘I am not interested’

Red clearly means that the person is committed and is in a romantic relationship. It also signals others to not disturb the wearer. Orange highlights that the wearer is going to propose someone. White also says the wearer is committed and will not approve anyone’s proposals. Blue announces the wearer’s welcome to proposals. Green states the wearer is waiting for the reply of his/her unrequited love. Pink says that the wearer has recently accepted the proposal of he/she got. Yellow says that the wearer has broken-up her relationship while Grey says he/she is not interested.  Black says the wearer has recently suffered a rejection in love proposal.

So there you have it. February 14 is sure to be a colorful day for many but if your proposals are rejected, take it with a smile and tell yourselves ‘God has better plans for me’ . Be a gentleman and a dignified lady and don’t be emotional on this day. This is just another day in a year. So move on. Trying to force someone to accept a proposal is like forcing yourselves to be hated.
