The internet is on fire to identify the mystery man who was recently admitted for surviving a mountain lion attack. An named jogger who was jogging in  Horsetooth Mountain Open Space near Fort Collins, Colorado, was approached by a mountain lion on Tuesday while he was stretching his legs in the area.

Unaffected by the dire threat that is in front of him, the man boldly stood firm and hushed the predator away but the animal jumped and attacked him. It clawed his face and bit him.

Imagine the level of threat he was in. While most people would panic, this unnamed man defended himself and hit the animal with the stone. When he got a moment of break, he choked the animal and killed it till he was no more threatened by the animal.  He survived but faced severe injuries to his face and wrists.

We have no reason to believe that this is a hoax,” said Rebecca Ferrell, spokeswoman for Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
