KISCOL Grands hosts Chef Damu’s Thenninthia Parambariya Virundhu

KISCOL Grands – Fine Luxury Hotel plays host to the 2nd Edition of Chef Damu’s Thenninthia Parambariya Virundhu.

In connection with the event, a press meet was arranged at the venue. The charismatic culinary guru ‘Chef Damu’ and T.S.P.Kannappan, Chairman, KISCOL Groups addressed the media.

We learned that Chef Damu will be taking the helm of this food festival and cook both veg and non-veg specialities from Feb 1 to Feb 10.

So in these 10 days the Lunch and Dinner menu will be coming from the Charismatic Chef in the traditional way.

Each day will have a different menu and the dishes will be meticulously made. Coimbatoreans who are looking to taste the tradition will certainly find this a great opportunity to indulgence in Chef Damu’s magic.

While addressing the gathering, Kannapan said that through this food fest, what the hotel wishes to highlight is the continuance of traditional food consumption practices which is on the verge of extinction. He said ” We wish to promote tradition and health among our Coimbatoreans. This is not about business but our desire to spread the value of our culture.” He felt happy that the chef of KISCOL Grands, Ganapathy follows what Chef Damu guides him through, throughout the year, making people visit again and again.

Chef Damu will also demonstrate the culinary practices and recipes of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh to those who attend the event.
