Coimbatore Law College was inaugurated and began functioning in the year 1979. The Colonial British Raj heritage building was the campus, in which, the first batch of Coimbatore Law College students studied came out in the year 1982 as 1st set of Law Graduates of Coimbatore Law College. Coimbatore Law College had an alumni meet for the 1982 batch after 36 years. From the 96 batch, 52 turned out.
The past students got a chance to walk in the campus reminiscing the “Time gone”. The “Building” of their old Law College Campus looked the same but was neatly painted for the occasion. It was an exciting, exhilarating get together. Members who attended the event were Past Presidents Sr.Advocates N.Sundaravadivelu, Sanjayan, KRS.Shankar, Suryakumari, Janaki, Suryakala and Bobby.
