PSG College of Technology is conducting an International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Smart Grid and Smart City Applications (AISGSC 2019). The event is being organized by the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Department of Computer Science & Engineering and the Department of Information Technology in collaboration with Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, National Institute of Technology, Indonesia and the Institution of Engineers (India).
The conference will be a three day program from January 3rd-5th. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Ramkumar Ramamoorthy, Executive Director, Cognizant India while the Guest of Honor was Ramesh Subba Rao, GM, Commercial Operations India, Enphase Energy. The welcome address was delivered by K.Uma Maheswari, Professor & Head, Dept. of Information Technology. The Presidential address was delivered by R.Rudramoorthy, Principal, PSG College of Technology.
The conference will revolve around Machine Learning and Data Analytics for Smart Grid Applications, AI, Machine Learning and Big Data Analytics for Smart City Applications and IoT & Edge/ Fog Analytics for Smart City Applications. Other dignitaries present on the occasion were G.Sudha Sadasivam, Head, CSE Dept., L.Ashok Kumar, Professor& Head, Dept.of EEE and M.C.Bhuvaneswari, HoD I/C, Dept.of EEE, faculty members of PSG Tech and students. A copy of the book on the International conference on AISGSC 2019 was also unveiled at the event.
