New Year celebrations are fun-filled and colorful. The capital of country, despite the cold weather, spread the joy of 2019 in a splendid way but at Usmanpur area, someone had fired a bullet at an 8 year-old boy which ended his life when he reached the hospital in an ambulance. People celebrating 2019’s birth heard the noises of firecrackers and it was after a while that they found the boy lying on the ground unconsciously. He was declared dead on arrival. In a very similar way, another boy of age 12 was shot by an unknown person. Fortunately this boy is safe and recovering.
Was it the same person? Why pick little boys? Was the dead boy targeted? Was there any connection between the two boys? Was the shooter a sane human? It remains a mystery for the Delhi Police to uncover.
