Recently, the Department of Management Studies and International Business at VLBJCAS, conducted a Guest Lecture for MBA & MIB Students on the topic “Introduction to Leadership at Workplace-Concepts & Practice” The resource person on the occasion was Manoj Jaikrishnan.B, CEO, Forbiz Management Consultants LLP, Coimbatore who emphasized that the leadership role, provides a clear overview of the complexities of practicing leadership and concrete strategies for becoming better leaders. The session was very useful for students.
