The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science (SRCAS) organized a two day NAAC Sponsored National Seminar on “Quality Enhancement through NAAC Accreditation” recently at the Conference Hall-I of SRCAS Campus. The Inaugural Function was presided over by K. Karunakaran, Principal & Secretary, SRCAS . The Inaugural Address was delivered by Ebenezer, Director-Academics,SRCAS. S. Deena, Vice Principal of SRCAS welcomed the gathering. The Resource Persons of this National Seminar were N. Raman ( Principal, Kongu Arts College, Erode), M. Selvam (IQAC Senior Advisor, Bharathidasan University,Trichy), R.V. Subramanian ( Library and Information Officer, College of Defense, Welligton) and S.U. Prabha ( Head, EEE Department & IQAC Director, SREC). The sessions of this two day National Seminar focused on the topics ‘NAAC- An Emprirical Practice’, ‘IQAC-An Overall Quality Enhancement, Library-Repository Information’ and ‘OBE and its Attainment’. This NAAC Sponsored National Seminar was organized by Dr. N. Uma and Dr. I Parvin Banu, IQAC Coordinators of SRCAS. Around 200 participants were present and out of this 46 were from other colleges in and around Coimbatore. The Valedictory Address was delivered by Hannah Revathy,Dean, School of Science and Humanities.
