The country’s top TSD rallyists showcased their skills on the eve of the JK Tyre Hornbill Rally, with the defending champion promising another valiant attack on the title. Held in the backdrop of the famous Hornbill Festival, Gagan Sethi and his co-driver Sabatullah Khan were excited and raring to go in their Maruti Suzuki Gypsy.
The popular TSD rally which ran over a distance of 55 kms was tricky as the rallyists were not given prior information about the course or the triple cautions. The rally, held under the aegis of FMSCI and was flagged-off from the Indira Gandhi Stadium and ended at the Heritage Village Kisama.
Apart from the rally, there were other attractions for fans and visitors like an exhibition wrestling contest, traditional fire-making competition, hip fest, horticulture exhibition and of course the mega-Hornbill International Music Festival.
