A lot of organizations have contributed to reach out to the cyclone victims that had hit the Delta Region recently. Coimbatore is one city where people take the first step in such scenarios. Food Bank Coimbatore started a drive to collect relief materials to help Gaja victims and has distributed about 4300 Kgs. of relief materials at 8 villages of Pattukkotai : Marugavali Aadhivasi, Maruthangavadi Thoppu, Aramankadu, Thekkukadu, Vembalangadu,Thambikotai,Melakadu and Maravakadu.
