The thrill of running a successful show/business is priceless. Students of PSG IM got such an opportunity to experience those exciting moments recently through the Studentprenuer Fest organized on the campus.
This one-day event saw more than 20 teams of students participating in the event that was designed to help the students hone their entrepreneurial & sales skills and also to showcase their talents.
A press release from PSG IM said that students did the designing and setting up of stalls. Some of the highlights from the stalls included organic products, continental dishes, finger food and summer quenchers with several teams showing their culinary and creative skills in real time.
Sharing about this event and students’ work, T.G. Vijaya, Director -in-charge , PSG IM noted that “One of PSG IM’s mission pillars is to empower individuals to achieve their managerial and entrepreneurial potential. Such events provide real-life experiential learning to our students and help motivate them to consider entrepreneurship as a career. The E-Cell faculty leaders, Dr.Thiyagarajan and Ms. Saranya Balu , along with the student members have done a commendable job in organizing this event and making it a success. It promises to become a Management Beyond Academics(MBA) event over the coming semesters.”
