The Regional Passport Office in Coimbatore celebrated the Ministry of External Affairs’ Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) week recently.
In connection with this, a quiz on ‘India’s Struggle for Independence’ was conducted for the applicants at the Passport Seva Kendra on the first day of the celebrations, here. 
It was inaugurated by the Regional Passport Officer Palravindran.
Chitra Suresh, Director (Retd.) Ministry of External Affairs gave away the certificates to the participants. On Feb 22, Passport Awareness Day was celebrated at the center here. The Development with Issuance of Passports were exhibited visually, as photos and visuals.
