The Department of Commerce of Rathinam Arts and Science College (Rathinam CAS) hosted an International Virtual Conference on ‘E-Commerce and COVID-19’ recently. As a part of this conference, a series of webinar on the theme was also held.
This event was held in association with iNurture Education Solution Private Limited and Malaysia University of Science and Technology, Malaysia. Dhwani Shah, Marketing Professional with IIDE- Member of Strategic Alliance Marketing Head, Bangalore spoke on E-Commerce and its opportunities.
Thanga Thurai Vengadasalam, Director & Sr. Lecturer, Global Engagement Office & Professional Development, Malaysia University of Science & Technology shared his insights on the E-commerce problems and its solutions.
Sivakumar, Associate Professor & Co-ordinator, PG Programs, School of Governance and Development Studies, Hawasa University, Ethiopia delivered his speech on Impact of Covid-19 on E-Commerce.
The technical sessions were handled by Karthiya Banu, Founder & CEO, Inspire Softech Solution, Chennai and K. Priya, Head- Department of Commerce, Vivekanandha College of Arts & Science for Women, Thiruchengodu, Namakkal. They spoke on the innovations of E-Commerce during Covid-19. Muralidharan, Principal and Manickam, Secretary & CEO, Rathinam CAS also addressed the gathering.
Around 120 papers were presented and published by researchers, faculty members and students of various institutions in the parallel sessions.
