KPRIET to foster Innovation via Design Thinking

KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology and Taylor’s University of Malaysia announced on Saturday about their partnership to promote developement of academics and research activities.

A MoU was signed towards that end by David Asirvatham, Executive Dean, Faculty of Innovation and Technology, Taylor’s University Malaysia and Akila, Principal, KPRIET. It comprises of training activity titled ‘Innovation through Design Thinking’

Through a press release, Akila stated that the objective of this MoU is to introduce design thinking for productivity skill, to support enterprise and to introduce gamification within design thinking framework. She also added that the entire course will be delivered through online mode with the course materials, presentation slides be shared through Moodle platform and the content will be delivered to 250 student participants and 30 faculty facilitators.

Others present during the MoU signing were Pang Ming Meng from Taylor’s University Ganesh Kumar, HoD Department of Bio Medical Engineering, Natarajan, Chief Executive and Sreelatha, Faculty, Bio Medical Engineering, KPRIET.
