Mirras Coffee announces plans to strengthen presence in Covai

South India has relished the taste of Mirras Filter Coffee this year, as the manufacturers reported that they have seen their sales volume boom despite the prevailing odd times in the market caused by the pandemic.

The company is a veteran in the filter coffee industry with more than five decades of experience, and it has gone Pan India this year.

Sundar Subramaniam, MD, Mother Mirra Group of Companies was here in Coimbatore on Friday to share about the about the company’s sales expansion plans. “I was born and brought up in Coimbatore and it is a pleasure to bring Mirra’s Coffee products here. We have planned to introduce our kiosks in several areas in the city. These kiosks will operate in the traditional way.”

He said that they are in talks with Coimbatore International Airport and have plans to establish a kiosk there. Speaking about the company’s retail business, he said “while we have no plans to launch any retail outlets now, we do supply to retail shops, and customers can get our products there. We are already available in the Coimbatore market.”

Overall sales of Mirras Coffee has been incredible, and it has also taken over other brands in Institutional sales (selling their product in bulk to institutions like Hotels, Resorts, IT Companies, Media, etc.) in Tamil Nadu.

Sundar said that they kept their products’ pricing nominally and customers can avail good deals on the products when they visit ‘www.mirras.in’. The products are also available on Amazon. Mirras has a lot of varieties of coffee and, in this financial year customers can expect Mirras Green Coffee.

A press release said that the company gets at least thousands of customers on daily basis visiting their direct website for online shopping. “We have online customers or buyers from South India (Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telgana,) and from North India (New Delhi, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharakhand,) and West Bengal, Odisha, Goa etc.” The company has a Pan-India presence and its products are exported to Singapore and New Zealand.
