PSG Hospitals has started conducting its Health Checkup Camp for Coimbatore City Police on Monday where 300 cops from the city will be provided several health screening.
Tests including Fasting Blood Sugar, Post Prandial Blood Sugar, Blood Urea, Serum Creatinine, Lipid Profile, Urine Profile, ECG, abdominal scan and physician consultation will be done for 20 cops per day. This checkup camp has been going on for the past 4 years. Police personnel aged 30 and above (both men and women) will be provided these tests.
If any of them is found to be affected with any signs of ailment, treatment at concession costs will be provided.
