The Coimbatore Local Centre of Institution of Engineers (India) honored the Principal of Dr.NGP Institution of Technology Dr.K.Porkumaran with the Outstanding Engineer Award recently at the 53rd Engineer’s Day Award.
He was recognized and appreciated for his service and contribution as an engineer, and for exemplifying IEI’s commitment to the education, personal, professional and technical development of students and professionals.
The Chairman of KMCH, Dr.Nalla G.Palaniswami, the College’s Secretary Dr.Thavamani D.Palaniswami, Kovai Medical Center of Research and Educational Trust’s CEO Dr.O.T.Bhuvaneswaran and the college’s Heads of Departments and faculty congratulated Dr.Porkumaran.
In an official statement, the college said the Dr.Porkumaran’s sight is set on providing exposure to latest cutting edge technology and implementing innovative projects for the benifit of scientific community.
