Shri Nehru Maha Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science (SNMV) held the induction ceremony for first year under graduate students through a Virtual Inauguration recently. V. Nandakumar IRS, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, was the Chief Guest.
The Chief Guest highlighted the right environment, the right ambiance, good academics, varied extra curricular activities, acceptable dress code, the fresh feel everyday and the right risk attitude prevalent in the college. “Understand yourself correctly and form a clean self-identity”, he concluded.
The students repeated the pledge which was read out to them. The Principal introduced the HODs to the virtual gathering of students and parents. Around 1300 students attended the virtual program along with their parents.
