Prozone Mall all set to welcome customers back on 1st September

After a long period of remaining closed due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus, the wait is finally over. Prozone mall, Coimbatore, will re-open their doors on 1st September.

For all those who have been missing their favourite mall, Prozone has made all the arrangements to reopen the mall. Keeping in mind customer safety, the mall management team has implemented stringent norms for the post-lockdown era. The mall will be opened after ensuring that all the necessary protocols are followed by ensuring social distancing, regular disinfection & health monitoring.

As per the guidelines given by the authorities the mall will open on 1st September. The timings for 1st September will be 2pm to 8pm and from 2nd September 11am to 8pm.

The mall has introduced a new access management system, to help control the number of visitors so that social distancing is maintained for the safety of everyone in the mall. Customers can now pre-book a slot for their visit to the mall in advance or at the entrance of the mall. This will be done via a QR code based appointment system. Customers can visit the prozonemalls.com website and fill in some basic details and avail this feature.

At the entrance safety protocols like thermal temperature checks, mandatory use of face masks to facilitate secure experience for customers.  Arogya setu app is made compulsory for those visiting the mall. Additionally there will be daily health checks of the mall and retail staff along with mandatory norms of regular sanitization & use of PPEs.

The Centre has implemented a new set of processes for house keeping with increased & frequent sanitizing & disinfection of floors, railings and common touch point surfaces (elevators, escalators, etc.) with high quality & government advised disinfectants. Contactless sanitizer stations have been placed at regular intervals for convenience of the customers, also signages with queue markings on floors and in the toilets for social distancing have been put up.
