The Department of Civil Engineering, PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research, Neelambur, Coimbatore conducted “One day Workshop on Engineering Excellence for Diploma Civil Engineering Students. The inauguration function was held in PSG iTech.Dr. P.V.Mohanram, Principal presided over the function.
Prof. P.Thenmozhi M.E, M.B.A, Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Coimbatore inaugurated the workshop. Totally 107 polytechnic civil engineering students from various reputed polytechnic college attended the workshop. The basic concepts in design of bridges were taught to the students. Also events like bridge i2i, Cadd Contest and Best surveyor were conducted during afternoon session. Prizes were distributed to the winners in the events.
