International Men’s Day 2019 was observed at Sri Krishna Arts and Science College (SKASC) Sri Krishna Arts and Science College (SKASC), Kuniamuthur, Coimbatore recently at the college premises. The college celebrated the day with the theme “Making a difference for Men and Boys”.
S.Malarvizhi, Chairperson and Managing Trustee of Sri Krishna Institutions, CEO Dr.K.Sundararaman and Principal Dr.P.Baby Shakila greeted the male faculties, staff and students on this occasion.
Dr.P.Baby Shakila, Principal of the college spoke on men’s contribution to the society in a special program organised to mark this day. She said that male contributions starts from the family to working place. Male are the pillars in every home, contributing to family, industrial and national developments. Men are immensely contributing for the economic development too. They are also a part of women empowerment and support the development of women. She stated that the society should appreciate the male community for their support to women, family, industrial and national development.
