Plans for Knowledge update on Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy, Infertility & Ultrasound for doctors
Rao Hospital announced on 16.10.2019 that it will be organizing Star Endogyn Conclave, Coimbatore 2019. It is a medical conference that’s exclusively for doctors and it will be held for three days- 18.10.2019 to 20.10.2019.
The conference is held under the aegis of Indian Association of Gynecological Endoscopists (IAGE) in The Residency Towers and it holds training doctors on Safe Endoscopy, Treating Infertility & Ultrasound Scan as its prime focus.
Briefing about this conference, Dr.Asha R.Rao, Organizing Chairperson, Star Endogyn Conclave & Director, Rao Hospital headed a press conference and highlighted what the activities that are scheduled to take place on the three days.
On 18.10.2019, workshops on Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy, Infertility & Ultrasound will be held, where the attending doctors (estimated to be 200) will be divided into smaller groups to discuss their questions in these four domains.
Adding to that, Dr. Damodar R. Rao, Associate Director, Rao Hospital said that there will be virtual simulators to teach about the complex procedures in these domains to new comers.
On 19.10.2019, there will be 15 to 20 live endoscopic surgeries that will be performed at Rao Hospital and relayed to the attending doctors in Residency. There will be live interactions and attendees can raise questions. In the evening, there will be an inauguration where the Chief Guest Dr.Thimappa Hegde, Neuro Surgeon, Banglore & Guests of honor Dr.Sunita Tandulwadkar & Prof.Richard K.Penketh will honor the occasion.
It was conveyed that Dr.Thimappa Hegde will deliver a special address on the topic ‘Science of Success’. The pièce de résistance of the conference is on 20.10.2019 where Dr. Sunitha Tandulwadkar, President of IAGE and Prof.Richard K.Penketh will address the gathering while eminent doctors Dr.Shirish Sheth , Dr. Mohan Kamath and Dr.Abha Majumdar will deliver Keynote Addresses.
